In this release SSLv3 has been disabled in the client and server code using OpenSSL. (The GNUTLS code has been updated before.) This fixes connection problems with GTalk and Facebook chat services, after these switched off support for SSLv3 after the recently discovered weakness in SSLv3.

Today I got an account on a server that supports SCRAM-SHA-1-PLUS. I discovered that the channel binding implementation in gloox didn’t quite work as expected (the PLUS part of SCRAM-SHA-1). This release fixes that.
