Can you please tell me should we need any support of GNUtls for connection.
Please provide me proper direction becuase i am new to gloox and
programming.

You meant gtalk - not gmail. there is nothing running on 5222 on
gmail.com -- this is why you get "connection refused".

You want to use talk.google.com instead ;-)
