[gloox-dev]does gnutls support win32?

I have downloaded the gnutls-1.7.0.tar.bz2 which seems doesn't support
win32.
I'll work on the platform of windows.does anybody tell me how to compile
gnutls
or how to get the needed library for gloox.thank you.
